Men's Club Masters
The Whitchurch HC Men’s Club Masters team consists of the club’s members aged 40+, who simply love the game and want to keep playing for as long as possible alongside friends. They compete in Men’s Masters tournaments and have proudly represented the club in prestigious European Masters competitions in recent years!
The Men’s Club Masters Team are a true testament to the club’s success and spirit, showcasing the joy and camaraderie that field hockey brings. We warmly encourage anyone over 40 to join—it’s a lot of fun and a great way to stay active while keeping those joints moving!

Made up of anyone old enough (035) and still willing and able to get out there, the Saints Women’s Masters teams unite once a year to compete in the Club Welsh Masters Cup. Several of our older members—some of whom continue to play at a very high club level—have proudly represented Wales in the Masters squads across age groups, including Over 35’s, 40s, 50s, 55s and 60’s. Many still continue to compete at this level!
We celebrate the achievements of our Women’s Club Masters, who bring the same passion and commitment to the sport as our younger teammates. Their dedication is a true testament to the club’s inclusive spirit and its encouragement of lifelong hockey for everyone.
Whatever your age or playing ability, Saints offers the perfect opportunity for enjoyable and competitive hockey—complete with the occasional social night out for good measure!
