WHC G v WHC F - 29th September 2018

The future is looking bright for Whitchurch as a wealth of new talent was on display in a highly competitive opening league fixture of De Cymru 3. Whitchurch G had the best of the opening phase, although Whitchurch F fought back to manufacture a host of chances. Richard Jones was able to open the scoring just before half time for Whitchurch F, deflecting the ball in to the top left hand corner. Notable performances from Zak Rapson for Whitchurch G and Morgan Sumner for Whitchurch F meant that the game restarted at a blistering pace. Eventually Whitchurch F scored a further 3 goals from Richard Freter (x2) and Brad Channer. Regardless of the result all of the newcomers showed great effort, resilience and team work.

Final score was Whitchurch G 0 - Whitchurch F 4.
