 LADIES TRAINING INFORMATION - IMPORTANT

Changes have been made to the ladies training sessions. These will come into effect on Wednesday 1st October. 

Please note, there is no training at WHS on Wedneday 24th September due to a friendly game against Cardiff Met. Supporters are welcome. 

Monday training at The National Hockey Centre, Sophia Gardens - No change 

6-7pm – U15s

7-8pm – 3s, 4s and 5s (+ for another 3 weeks from tonight Back2hockey)

8-9pm – Performance squad

Weds night training at Whitchurch High School astro pitch - Update

 7-8pm – 3s, 4s and 5s and invited U15s (U15s invitation only by Rebecca Daniels)

Weds night training at USW, Treforest - Update

8-9pm – Performance squad

Changes have been made following feedback from ladies club members; requests have been made to provide training for each team twice a week.  However, we will monitor numbers on a weekly basis to make sure we are making full use of all facilities.
